【明報專訊】HONG KONG'S population is ageing. In view of that, Commissioner for Census and Statistics Fung Hing-wang has suggested that consideration be given to readjusting human resources policies and raising retirement age from 60 to 65. He believes that would increase Hong Kong's workforce by 13%. The idea is controversial. As matters stand in the SAR, it may worsen generational conflict to raise retirement age.
