【明報專訊】ON the horn of a dilemma, the Trade Development Council (TDC) has, through the agency of an advisory panel, banned leng mo from having autograph sessions at the Book Fair. It thought it could, by doing so, prevent them from "hijacking" the Book Fair and keep it as it had been. Judging from their defiance and media reports about them, the TDC's plan has failed.
