【明報專訊】The 19th World Cup kicked off on June 11 in South Africa. This is the first time an African nation hosted the World Cup finals. The whole world is in a frenzy (瘋狂). It doesn't matter which team you are rooting for (打氣), or if you don't even watch football at all, the World Cup fever is sweeping across nations. Friends and families get together and enjoy the World Cup festivities (歡慶). I guess this is what the World Cup is all about- connecting people.
