【明報專訊】THE Chinese Academy of Social Sciences has unveiled its 2010 Blue Book on Urban Competitiveness. According to the survey of 294 Chinese cities above the prefectural level, Hong Kong still ranks first in overall competitiveness. However, its advantages are becoming less and less distinct, and it is losing its lead over such cities as Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing.
