【明報專訊】YESTERDAY in Beijing, Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang and Guangdong Governor Huang Huahua signed a framework agreement on Hong Kong-Guangdong cooperation in the Great Hall of the People. It marks the beginning of a new chapter in Hong Kong-Guangdong cooperation. The agreement, which contains 50 clauses in eleven chapters, will run for a decade. If the two places carry out the tasks listed in its clauses in the decade, they will become more integrated, and their respective economies will go up a level. The situation would benefit the whole country as well as Hong Kong and Guangdong.
