【明報專訊】Oxfam Hong Kong (香港樂施會) has said it has suspended a training programme on the mainland after the Ministry of Education (教育部) had purportedly issued a notice to mainland universities accusing the charity of trying to "infiltrate (滲透) into China". The notice warns students against joining the programme because of the charity's alleged dealings with human rights groups.
