【明報專訊】YESTERDAY the Chengdu intermediate court found rights activist Tan Zuoren guilty of inciting subversion of state power and jailed him for five years. He was arrested for investigating bean-curd school construction in Sichuan (afflicted with a disastrous quake). However, the verdict shows he was jailed for an article about June 4 he had published. His is another case of jailing a citizen for his writings that has followed Liu Xiaobo's conviction.
