【明報專訊】TODAY five legislators of the Civic Party and the League of Social Democrats resign as scheduled to start their "five-constituency referendum movement". The establishmentarians crying loud they will boycott it, they will in all probability be the only participants in it. The two parties think the "referendum" would raise big waves. However, society is lukewarm about it because, in our view, they, divorced from reality, have gone too far.
