【明報專訊】THE MOI (medium of instruction) information on some schools is unclear and even dubious in the official Secondary School Profiles 2009-2010. The publication is therefore not of much use to parents who have to pick schools for their children. It seems to have confused parents because the government and those schools failed to put students first.
