【明報專訊】IN this year's policy address, only a 251-character paragraph is concerned with the "real estate market". It is hardly a key part. However, on all occasions when Chief Executive (CE) Donald Tsang discussed the policy address, most people mentioned property prices, saying they were so high that citizens could not afford them. Hard though he has tried to reassure them, people are not convinced. Though he insists that there is nothing wrong with the property market, he should realise the resentment the issue has caused is too grave to ignore. The explosion of such sentiment would give him and his administration many nightmares.
