【明報專訊】THE Task Force on Economic Challenges (TFEC) has had its last meeting, and the government has decided on a policy of developing six industries where Hong Kong has an edge. The government, which used to adhere to positive non-interventionism, will intervene vigorously. Clearly, it has radically altered its mindset and taken on a new role. We believe the new policy will bring about an opportunity Hong Kong may seize to start new undertakings again.
