【明報專訊】THE sponsoring body of Pegasus Philip Wong Kin Hang Christian Primary School cum Junior Secondary School will restore its right to operate the Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) school to the Education Bureau, which will take it over. Its students need not worry their studies may suffer. However, Pegasus, which opened eight years ago, has not yet been properly registered. It is beset with management problems. It is doubtful that it uses public money properly. The sponsoring body's way of running the school is no doubt quite questionable. However, but for the Education Bureau's (EB's) ineffective supervision, things in the school might not have become as bad as they are. It is therefore partly to blame.
