【明報專訊】Hong Kong has experienced several extreme weather events this year. The Hong Kong Observatory has hoisted the No. 10 signal twice for the tropical cyclones (typhoons) Wipha (韋帕) and Ragasa (樺加沙). The last time that two No. 10 signals were hoisted in a year was in 1964.
