【明報專訊】Instant noodles are a staple food for many people in Hong Kong. However, recent tests conducted by the Consumer Council on 19 samples from the market have shown that if both the soup and noodles are consumed together, all samples will exceed the recommended daily limit of sodium intake for adults.
