【明報專訊】THE GOVERNMENT has announced that it is putting the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) charging scheme on hold without providing a timetable for implementation. It has merely said that it will launch a series of works to increase recycling supporting facilities and optimise the scheme, and will report the progress of waste reduction to the Legislative Council in the middle of next year.
