【明報專訊】AFTER A DELAY OF NEARLY 27 YEARS, the Basic Law Article 23 legislation was finally completed yesterday (19 March). Marking an important milestone, the Legislative Council (LegCo) unanimously passed the third reading of the Safeguarding National Security Bill. After fulfilling its constitutional duty and turning a new page in Hong Kong's history, the SAR can focus on reviving the economy and striving for development in the future. It is believed that the central government will also roll out a series of measures later to support Hong Kong's development.
