【明報專訊】The public consultation for legislation on Article 23 of the Basic Law ended on Wednesday (28 February). The Security Bureau said that it had received more than 10,000 submissions, over 98% of which expressed support for the legislation and provided positive opinions. The authorities are striving to finalise the draft of the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance as soon as possible.
