【明報專訊】XIA BAOLONG, director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office (HKMAO), has arrived in Hong Kong on a tour of inspection and research, hoping to understand Hong Kong's latest situation concerning its economic development and district governance and work with the SAR government and different sectors of the city on a plan for Hong Kong's development.
