【明報專訊】LAST WEEK Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, visited Shanghai and convened the "Forum on Deepening the Integrated Development of the Yangtze River Delta" in the city. He requested that officials from the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta "take the lead in bringing forth a new structure of higher-level reform and opening up".
