【明報專訊】AT THE SINO-US LEADERS' SUMMIT in San Francisco, Chinese President Xi Jinping and US President Joe Biden agreed to resume high-level military-to-military communication and promote dialogue and cooperation in every area. All this is of positive significance for the stabilisation of the relationship between the two countries. However, the results and consensus achieved at the summit are actually quite fragile.
