【明報專訊】AS THE GOVERNMENT announced the Northern Metropolis Action Agenda yesterday (30 October), Secretary for Development Bernadette Linn stated that it would take about 20 years from the beginning to the full development of the Northern Metropolis, with more and more projects being launched each year. Regarding the cash flow issue over land resumption and Northern Metropolis development, Linn expressed confidence that the authorities could fund the compensation by resuming land in stages with the existing compensation system.
