【明報專訊】IT HAS BEEN ten years since the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) was proposed. A grand summit forum will be held in Beijing tomorrow (17 October), and the leaders or senior officials of more than 130 countries will attend it, manifesting the popularity of the initiative.
