【明報專訊】LAST YEAR the government established the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES). Initial results can be seen after nearly a year's hard work, as the representatives of 20 domestic and overseas technology companies attended the Launching Ceremony of OASES Partnership yesterday (4 October) and signed cooperation agreements with the government.
