【明報專訊】A STRING OF INDECENT INCIDENTS has happened at university orientation camps recently. Some students have even been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault or indecent assault to the shock of society. Sexual assault is a serious crime. The 28-year-old man arrested yesterday (6 September) has been accused of assaulting different women at three orientation camps. What concerns the public is why the violence was not exposed as early as possible in order to avoid more people being victimised. The role and responsibility of the universities concerned also need to be clarified.
