【明報專訊】A flat on a large private residential estate had part of a load-bearing wall demolished during renovation. Residents are worried that the structural safety of the building has been endangered. The Buildings Department has confirmed that a violation has been committed and will deal with it in accordance with the Buildings Ordinance.
