【明報專訊】The findings of the annual Pay Trend Survey have been unveiled. Using the range of salary adjustments in the private companies as a reference, the salary increases for civil servants will be 2.87%, 4.65% and 4.5% for high-ranking, middle-ranking and junior staff respectively. Hong Kong has returned to normal after the pandemic and the economy has resumed growth. Salary increases for civil servants are acceptable in principle. As for the exact scope of the rise, it still needs to be handled carefully.
