【明報專訊】The government has announced a reorganisation plan for the District Councils. Appointed seats will be reinstated, and the proportion of directly elected seats will be slashed to 20%. The Chief Executive (CE) has emphasised that the possibility of the District Councils being hijacked and manipulated by anti-China forces aiming to destabilise Hong Kong once again must be prevented.
