【明報專訊】Last week President Xi Jinping made his fourth tour of inspection to Guangdong. Every time he visited Guangdong, he laid down new requirements for its opening up and reform. This time, he demanded that Guangdong summon up the might of the entire province to carry off building the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area so that it becomes the strategic fulcrum of the new development pattern, the demonstration site of high-quality development and the leading site of Chinese-style Modernisation.
