【明報專訊】As Hong Kong has fully returned to normal after the pandemic, it has been some time since the restrictions on gatherings were lifted. On the past Sunday, a resident group held a demonstration in opposition to the land reclamation project at Tseung Kwan O Area 132. It was the first protest against a government policy since Hong Kong returned to normal. However, the stern requirements the authorities had stipulated give the impression that things are far from having "returned to normal".
