The US has labelled President Xi Jinping's Moscow visit this week as "a trip to show support for Russia" and queried China's lack of impartiality. However, the Ukrainian government has not publicly echoed this point of view. President Volodymyr Zelensky has even said that Ukraine would like to see a partner on the road to peace in Beijing and has invited China to dialogue.
