【明報專訊】The latest data released by the National Health Commission (NHC) shows that the country has safely passed its COVID infection peak. The data has also been shared with the World Health Organisation. Some of the domestic and international obstacles to a full return to normality have been removed. However, reducing obstacles is only the first step towards the return to normal.
