【明報專訊】The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit is being held in Bangkok. The Hong Kong delegation is led by Chief Executive (CE) John Lee. This is the first time since the outbreak of the pandemic that the CE of the SAR has attended a summit of this kind. This is also John Lee's first overseas visit since he became CE.
