【明報專訊】Hong Kong has reopened its borders to embark on the road to normal. The Executive Director of the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has expressed hope that the government will relax the entry restrictions to "0+0" no later than Christmas. The Board has prepared a series of promotional activities.
