【明報專訊】Hong Kong is to hold a "Global Financial Leaders' Investment Summit" in early November. Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Algernon Yau says that some senior executives of overseas financial institutions have expressed the hope that Hong Kong can implement a "0+7" entry quarantine arrangement as soon as possible before the summit. It has been reported by some foreign media that some invitees even regard this as a precondition for travelling to Hong Kong.
