【明報專訊】The Advisory Council on the Environment (ACE) is to review the public housing development plan at Fanling Golf Course behind closed doors this Friday(19 August). Fanling Golf Course has long been controlled by a handful of people as if it is a "club for the powerful". The government's plan to recover this piece of land for putting up housing has ruffled vested interests. Even though the development scale has been shrunk to eight hectares merely, some people are still unwilling to compromise.
