At a recent Advisory Council on the Environment (ACE) meeting, the related Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report was discussed. But the discussion was inconclusive, with over half of the members present inclining to object to the report. However, some members have said that the EIA report is very detailed, and there is no reason for it not to be adopted.
