The Hospital Authority (HA) has announced that it will reserve isolation beds for the elderly and children, calling on patients with mild symptoms to wait patiently at home. While citizens can understand this arrangement, they cannot accept the lack of clarity of the information released—especially that of what an infected person should do—leaving people at a loss what to do.
