【明報專訊】New World Build for Good, a social enterprise, has proposed a subsidised housing project. Modelled on the government's Home Ownership Scheme (HOS), it will involve the sales of flats at about 50% to 60% of market prices. If the project goes ahead, it will become the first non-profit subsidised housing project initiated by the private sector in Hong Kong.
