【明報專訊】THE Court of Final Appeal has ruled that three principles, namely the basic form of the ''joint enterprise'' doctrine, ''the defendant's presence at the scene not being a necessity'' and ''common purpose'', do not apply to cases of unlawful assembly and riots.
