【明報專訊】For many years, there has been a tug of war in the Legislative Council concerning whether it should legislate on a blanket ban on alternative smoking products. Finally, there is a breakthrough, as a number of political parties have expressed support for a total ban on e-cigarettes and heated cigarettes. There is now a chance for the draft amendment bill to be adopted in this legislative term.
