【明報專訊】Last week the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland published its World Competitiveness Yearbook (WCY) 2021. Hong Kong's ranking has fallen by two places to 7th. Although the decline is mainly attributable to poor economic performance under the pandemic, it is indisputable that Hong Kong's competitiveness has continued to decline in recent years.
