It is a waste of resources to have someone with a doctorate teach in a middle school. But big cities are economically developed and have abundant educational resources, so they can indulge in such ''luxury''. This is the result of the national funding system, which is difficult to change at once. However, the poverty alleviation method of rich provinces helping economically backward provinces to promote a relatively equitable distribution of resources can be adopted here. Poverty alleviation in education can be a way to make schools become prosperous together.
