【明報專訊】HERE we pick up where we left off and continue our discussion of words that describe trends. In the last issue we talked about how to describe rising and falling trends. But we are well aware that sometimes a figure does not rise or fall. Instead, it might (1) change very little over time; (2) rise and fall, returning to roughly the same level as before; or (3) rise to a certain level and fall, or fall to a certain level then rise. In this issue we will learn how to deal with such situations.
