【明報專訊】AT A TIME when the situation remains tough nationwide concerning the novel coronavirus outbreak and the central government is focusing its effort on the fight against the disease, a change of leadership at the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office (HKMAO) has suddenly been announced.
