【明報專訊】THE government has announced ten new measures regarding people's lives, including a reform of the Old Age Living Allowance Scheme and an expansion of the $2 Transport Fare Concession Scheme. They also include ones that the government refused to implement, such as giving out rent subsidies and carrying out a feasibility study on introducing rent controls.
