【明報專訊】THE third leading group meeting for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has been convened in Beijing. There are some key issues that accurately target the integration between Guangdong and Hong Kong. Even more, however, are about "measures to benefit Hong Kong" that target Hong Kong's situation. Though these two do not contradict each other, they give us an impression that the project is a replica of the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA), whose aims are quite different from those of the Greater Bay Area project.
