【明報專訊】I VISITED HONG KONG for the first time decades ago. It was in July 1980, when I was on my way to Beijing, where I had been appointed as second secretary to our embassy. I have been to Hong Kong many times since and I have always been amazed by such a vibrant, innovative and cosmopolitan city, a unique mix of East and West.
