【明報專訊】THE development plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will be unveiled this week. Judging from the comments made by the central government and Guangdong officials, the building of the Greater Bay Area is a national strategy and a major move with the objective of initiating the formation of a new layout of full opening up. It will also mark the innovative implementation of "One country, two systems".
