【明報專訊】THE degeneration of Hong Kong's education industry has given rise to an endless variety of irregularities. Recently a private primary school has been accused of enrolling students earlier than allowed and even "operating by virtue of a shell school". Over a hundred students could be affected if the new campus fails to open in the coming September. While it merits concern whether the school has violated any regulations, proper regard should also be paid to how sponsoring bodies should deal with a school building after the school ceases operation.
