【明報專訊】FANNY LAW's tenure as chairperson of the board of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) is to come to an end late this month, as her contract will not be renewed. As per normal practice, an individual appointed by the government to public office has a tenure of six years. That Law is to leave the post after just four years is quite unusual.
